Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion, correction, or review of platform data processed by Bearing Fruit Co. internal tools.

It applies to authorized platform integrations used for internal reporting, advertising operations, creative operations, organic publishing operations, compliance, security, support, and audit workflows.

Send us enough detail to locate the records

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Platform Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your full name and the organization you represent.
  • The platform involved, such as TikTok API for Business or Meta.
  • The advertiser account, business center, TikTok account, organic account, page, handle, app-scoped user ID, or other identifier relevant to the request.
  • A short description of the data you want deleted, corrected, or reviewed.
  • A contact email where we can confirm verification and completion.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge deletion and correction requests within 7 business days.
  • We verify that the requester is authorized to act for the relevant account or organization.
  • We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a legal, security, financial, or audit retention basis applies.
  • We send a confirmation reference when the request is completed or explain the limited records that must be retained.

Data we may retain

  • Records required for accounting, financial reporting, reconciliation, or audit purposes.
  • Records required for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, platform security, or incident investigation.
  • Records required to comply with law, regulation, valid legal process, or platform obligations.
  • Records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

Any retained records are limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose and are deleted when that purpose no longer applies.
