Meta Platform Data
Bearing Fruit Co. operates internal tools that connect to Meta ad accounts for authorized company operators. BFC Reporting API is read-only and used for reporting. Bearing Fruit Co. may also operate a separate Meta ad operations app, if approved and enabled, for internal advertising operations such as review, dry-run change planning, and approved campaign, ad set, or ad status and budget actions. Data we process through Meta. Our Meta-connected internal tools may access the following categories of data from Meta ad accounts:
- Ad account IDs and asset IDs
- Campaign, ad set, ad, and creative metadata
- Delivery status, configured budgets, bid settings, and related operational settings
- Performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, and reporting dates
- Read-only recommendations, approval records, dry-run records, and operator audit logs
- Operational logs for debugging, security, compliance, and platform access review
Tool boundaries. BFC Reporting API remains read-only and is not used for publishing content, managing inboxes, social posting, or write automation. Any separate Meta ad operations app must be limited to authorized business ad-account operations and must use approval, audit, and rollback controls before provider-side changes are applied. We do not use Facebook Login for this website.
Purposes of processing. We process Meta Platform data for:
- Paid media reporting and internal analytics
- Operational monitoring of ad delivery and spend
- Advertising operations review, recommendations, approvals, and provider-side audit trails
- Fraud, abuse, and security prevention
- Compliance with platform and legal obligations
Sharing. Meta Platform data processed by our internal tools is accessible only to authorized Bearing Fruit Co. staff and approved contractors. We use cloud hosting, analytics, logging, and database providers as needed to operate the tools. We do not sell Meta Platform data.

Bearing Fruit Co. operates internal tools that connect to authorized TikTok advertiser and organic accounts through TikTok API for Business. These tools support internal reporting, measurement, campaign and ad group performance review, campaign management, creative management, pixel and account linkage review, reach and frequency planning, automated rules review, ad diagnosis, ad comments review, mentions monitoring, business recommendations, brand safety controls, partner insights, TikTok account administration, audience workflow support, organic content publishing, community interaction review, account insights, platform access review, and account-health monitoring. These tools are not consumer-facing and are not offered as a public software product. Provider-side changes are limited to authorized owned accounts and approved internal workflows. Data we process through TikTok. Our TikTok-connected internal tools may access advertiser account metadata, business center metadata, TikTok account metadata, organic account metadata, campaign metadata, ad group metadata, ad metadata, creative and audience configuration fields, pixel/linkage configuration fields, reach and frequency configuration fields, automated rule configuration fields, diagnosis results, ad comment metadata, mention metadata, recommendation outputs, brand safety and exclusion configuration, partner insight fields, uploaded creative assets, organic post metadata, performance metrics, delivery status, spend, reporting dates, approval records, and operational logs.
Purposes, sharing, and retention. We process TikTok Platform data for internal reporting, measurement, media buying operations, campaign planning, creative operations, organic publishing operations, comment and mention review, brand safety review, account administration, compliance, security, audit, support, and debugging. TikTok Platform data is accessible only to authorized Bearing Fruit Co. staff and approved contractors with a business need. We do not sell TikTok Platform data, and we retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for reporting, financial records, security, and legal compliance.
