Internal Tools & Platform-Connected Services

Bearing Fruit Co. operates internal reporting, analytics, and advertising operations tools that connect to third-party platforms, including Meta and TikTok API for Business. These tools are for authorized business use by Bearing Fruit Co. personnel and approved contractors only.

TikTok-connected tools are limited to authorized internal reporting, measurement, campaign management, creative management, pixel and account linkage review, reach and frequency planning, automated rules review, ad diagnosis, ad comments review, mentions monitoring, business recommendations, brand safety controls, partner insights, TikTok account administration, audience workflow support, organic content publishing, community interaction review, account insights, platform access review, compliance, security, and support for owned TikTok accounts. They are not consumer-facing and are not offered as a public software product. Provider-side changes are limited to approved internal workflows and authorized owned accounts.

You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to any internal tool or platform-connected service operated by Bearing Fruit Co. Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

These tools depend on third-party platform access. Availability, completeness, accuracy, and permission coverage may vary with platform changes, access restrictions, or service interruptions beyond our control. The disclaimers and limitations of liability in these Terms apply fully to internal tools and platform-connected services.
